General Terms & Conditions

Delivery / Orders

Your order is as important to us as it is to you.  So, we send all our items by either 1st, 2nd Class Mail, Recorded Delivery or Courier, to ensure your items get to you quickly and safely.

Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed outside these times are dispatched next working day.

Full payment must be received before any order is dispatched; this can be either credit/debit card or direct bank transfer

Delivery times will be delivered Between 08.00 - 18.00.
Pre noon, Pre 10am, Saturday & Sunday delivery these are all subject to an additional charge.

Pricing and warranty

All items are charged at a vat rate of 20%
All items are subject to change without prior notice.
All items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year (this may differ depending on the
item or Manufacturer)
All items that have a cut lead or modifications of any nature will mean the warranty is void.
All items that have not been fitted correctly will mean the warranty is void
All items that are subject to general wear and tear are not covered under the normal warranty.
We accept no consequential loss or liability in relation to use from the product sold.
We don't offer any advance replacement, or swop out warranty.
Warranty is stricktly return to base or manufacture whichever is the better/sooner.
Disputes relating to any of the above terms will be settled within the guidelines of English Law and the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the original buyer.

Returns and Refunds

If you would like to make a return, or whish to cancel an order and return the goods you must confirm, in writing to us within 7 working days from the day after that on which the goods are received. You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to us by some form of insured, signed for carrier at your expense (Paragraph 3.55 Distance Selling Act).

You must complete an RMA authorisation form and fax to igloo6 01672 541151. This will be processed by our returns department and you will be given authorised RMA numbers. Once you are in receipt of this you may return your goods which must clearly be marked with the RMA number.

Any goods returned without an authorised RMA number will not be accepted.
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to
Igloo6 and for providing proof of such delivery if required. The cost of such returns is not covered by the product warranty and is the responsibility of the buyer. All items that are covered by warranty will be shipped back to the buyer at no charge. All items out of warranty will be shipped back at the standard next working day delivery charge.

On receipt of the returned items, they will be checked and tested to determine that reasonable care has been taken (ie no writing on manuals or coffee stains on boxes) and then we shall refund you with the total amount of the original order less the carriage and any credit card surcharges that may have been incurred.

If you receive a faulty product or it develops a fault within 7 days of receipt please contact us to return the item and we will gladly replace it for you or you may return the item for a refund (excluding postage charges from both sides) 

After the 7 days period your product will be repaired under the 12-month warranty or replaced with an identical item or one of equal specifications depending on stock availability. All warranty is subject to return to base policy i.e. buyers responsibility to return the item to our office with buyer's own cost..

All equipments carry a 12 months replacement/repair warranty from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials
Igloo6 is not responsible for improper installation, modification, voltage spikes, or misuse of products, improper use is not covered.

Your right to cancel is not extended to goods made to your specifications such as custom made cables. If returning items please ensure that they are packed in a secure box or bag to avoid a repackaging charge (ie do not just tape up the sales box and put delivery labels on it!)

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We accept payments in GB Pounds.. We accept payment via PayPa,l Credit Card or bank transfer into our business account only. Please do not ask to send payment by any other method.

Postage to the UK mainland only, elsewhere please call for a price.

Please note, if this item is sent by Courier, then the UK mainland is not Northern Ireland,

DELIVERY

All Items are in stock in the UK and usually dispatched usually within 1 to 2 working day after payment has cleared via the selected delivery method. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
